Kundalini Yoga can be practiced by anybody – any body, any age and any level of experience. It’s yoga for people out in the world, dealing with the demand to “keep up.” It’s a precise practice of pressure and release postures designed to introduce you to your Infinite Self – to your True Identity. The practice invites you cultivate more capacity to deal and heal, to face, confront and elevate all that comes your way on the path you’re paving in life.

***Sound Journey Capitan***
Gerard Sabb on Guitar and Loop Pedal
Gerard is the modern day renaissance man. His creative endeavors flow and excel in the tattooing arts, playing guitar and hand drums, taxidermy and bone engraving, and costume design and fabrication. We are very excited to receive his deep and nurturing musical gifts as he guides the Ecstatic Dance Sound Journey.
Gerald has been playing guitar and making music in bands for roughly 15 years. Most of that time has been devoted to playing fairly heavy metal music. As he has aged he has grown an appreciation playing more down tempo music with a groovy, chill, vibe. for the sound journey he will be performing live improvised guitar music, with the assistance of a loop pedal. He will weave a nuanced sonic tapestry for a fully immersive audio/meditative experience. Get ready! Captain Sabb is setting a course to chillville.
