Empower Movement with Janie Crick
Empower Movement is rooted in the principle that the only person who has control over your body is YOU and what better way to love on yourself than to play. The class starts with intention setting and will continue with stretching, alignment, and discovering your kinesphere, or personal bubble, as well as others. Janie will guide participants through Self-Love and Organic Expression of the body. In this class participants learn how to give themselves permissions. Permissions with our body to move, to feel, to play around in an exploratory and safe classroom with like minded people.

DJ Amritaji
Raj Inder Dhillon, AKA Dj Amritaji, has been spinning sacred psychedelic worldbeat music since 2007. She spent the last decade playing at electronic music events and festivals, bringing her unique style of weaving the traditional music of Eastern and indigenous cultures with electronic dance music to venues across the continental United States. She fell in love with Ecstatic Dance in 2010 and became eager to bring the practice to her hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She founded Ecstatic Dance Milwaukee in early 2016 and quickly completed Ecstatic Dance Leadership training with the founders of Ecstatic Dance Oakland. Her passion is for creating sacred dance journeys through bridging traditional and modern dance music; to offer her hometown a sonic space for healing, free and authentic expression, and fun! She continues to expand the Ecstatic Dance community, and to spread her love for Ecstatic Dance across the US. Experiencing Amritaji’s Ecstatic Dance sets will get your body and soul grooving!

***Sound Journey***
Tom Ford Edit w
Tom Ford
Tom plays a 28in paiste symphonic gong as part of his kundalini yoga classes. His intention with the gong is to let the sound waves penetrate in to your body to help release tension and engage the parasympathetic nervous system so you relax deeper. Another way of thinking about it, is that the gong produces infinite primal sound and upon interacting with finite human energy, a neutrality is created allowing your body to “chill.” Tom has been playing the gong while leading sound journeys for the past 3 years.

***Healing Arts Facilitators***

Masin Edit w
Mason Pain aka Gian (Ji-un) Arjan Singh on GONG.
Mason loves the gong. Growing up he became fascinated with sound’s creative capacity and our common connection to music that moves us. The gong grew to become his main musical interest after experiencing its expansive nature in the Ozarks of Arkansas in 2008. He has since studied it in depth alongside the science of how sound affects the mind and body, and is now a certified Gong Resonance Sound Therapist.
He relates to the gong intimately and infinitely, as if he were an instrument of the instrument, and holds great reverence for its power to invoke shifts in consciousness and clear out blockages on physical and emotional levels. It is his intention working with this sacred healing instrument is to assist in opening you to experience celestial joy and awareness, physical or emotional release, or simply provide a deeply relaxing time to come into a state of peace.
His rhythmic playing style is designed to ease you into developing a deep connection to your inner self and grounding in grace – for you to feel, not just hear.
