Ecstatic Immersion is a warm and welcoming space for community to enter into ecstatic states in yoga, call and response singing, ecstatic dance, and while listening to healing sound. It is also a sweet taste of what is to come this September at the Midwest Yoga and Kirtan Festival!.
You are invited to be nourished and held by these ecstatic and heart opening practices. Spend your Sunday afternoon in community, diving into bliss, play, and celebration.

Yoga, lead by Jennifer Goodman, will open and stretch your capacity to be present with sensation, and prime you for deeper inner and outer connection.
Kirtan, a form of heart felt call and response singing of devotional mantras, led by Debi Buzil and friends, will provide the space for your voice to play, your listening to tune inside and out, and for your heart to receive the sweet nectar of devotion.
Ecstatic Dance, Dj’ed by Bead Cycler, invites you dance, shake, roll, and jump to beautiful music that inspires connection play and the embodiment of ecstatic experience. The dance participation guidelines, and the container we create will make it easy for you to express, and to share in the dance.
Sound Journey, lead by Shannon Harris on synthesizer, chimes, and singing bowls will offer your body and mind grounding and settling, while inviting the ecstatic energy you cultivated to compliment you.
